Peach Drop, the Largest New Year’s Eve Celebration in the Southeast, continues a 27-year tradition in Downtown Atlanta with an evening of top-notch entertainment! Beginning at 7 p.m., Underground Atlanta will be the focal point for ringing in the New Year with live music and tens of thousands of fellow revelers. As 2016 nears, the main stage will light up with live performances, and the 800-pound Peach will begin its decent just before the clock strikes midnight. Following the drop, a fireworks show will illuminate the sky and millions of pieces of confetti will rain down on the crowd!
This is a free event that is open to everyone. No tickets are needed. However, for security purposes, all guests will enter through security gates, and the event has implemented a strict “no bags/no carry-ins” policy. And it should go without saying that no weapons of any kind will be permitted
food and beverages (including adult beverages) will be available at the event.
